Q:How long do I have the vehicle for?

A:The minimum rental period is 24 hours, and can start anytime during our office hours, for example, 08.30 - 08.30 the following day or 12.00 noon to 12.00 noon. If you are finished with the vehicle prior to the end of the rental period you may return it, as long as it is within our Opening hours.

Q:How much notice do I have to give?

A:This depends on the class of vehicle you wish to hire. We have a large stock of vehicles in all classes and most of the time we will have what you are looking for right away.

Q:What happens if my vehicle breaks down?

A: In the unlikely event of you encountering problems with your hire vehicle, simply call the contact number on your hire form and talk to one of our representatives.

Q:How do I pay?

A: If You are a non-account holder with us, then you can pay by Laser, Visa or MasterCard.

Q:Is Vat included ? and what is the Vat Rate?

A:All our rates quoted exclude VAT, the rate on commercial hire is 21.5%.

Q:Do Commercial Fleet supply drivers ?

A:No, We provide a self drive service only.

Q:What category licence do i need ?

A:There are 3 major licence categories, B, C-1 & C. To hire a vehicle you must hold a current full licence relating to the class of vehicle you wish to hire. Take a look at our Driving Licence chart which explains everything you need to know.

Q:What is the Weekender?

A:The "Weekender" is designed for people who only have the weekend to get it all done. Hire a van or truck from 17.30 on a Friday or from 09.00 on a Saturday, & return on Monday morning before 09.00 and get 25% Discount.

Q:Can I take a vehicle Abroad?

A: No, We only allow our vehicles to operate within the island of Ireland. .

Q:What is involved in renting a vehicle?

A: Just talk to one of our representatives and confirm your vehicle choice, your collection and return time along with the hire rate, and we will make your booking. We will then issue you with insurance details of the vehicle to forward to your insurance provider. Following confirmation that cover is in place our staff will complete the hire documentation and you will be ready to go.

Q:Can I purchase Insurance cover?

A: No, We do not supply insurance cover. The hirer is required to supply their own Full Comprehensive Insurance cover the period of hire. Upon allocating a vehicle to you, we will supply you with the insurance details relating to your vehicle. You then pass this information on to your insurance provider and request a cover note be faxed to us confirming the following,: Insured's Name and Address, Policy Number and all details of the hire vehicle and the level of cover.
